Go to Settings → Privacy & Cookies → "Delete my account". Deletion has a 30-day grace period: your data is hidden immediately and permanently purged after 30 days. If you sign back in within those 30 days you can restore your account in one click.

Credits are the unit of usage across Marketing Operator. Every billable action — running a Meta ad scrape, generating an image, generating a video — debits credits from your team's balance before the action runs. The exact cost per action is shown in the UI before you confirm.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Generations and scrapes are blocked until you top up — either by waiting for the next billing cycle (subscription credits refresh automatically) or by buying a one-off credit pack from the pricing page. Read-only features (browsing your collections, viewing past generations) keep working.

Should I buy a subscription or a credit pack?

Subscriptions are best for steady monthly usage — they include a recurring credit allowance at a lower per-credit price. Credit packs are best for occasional spikes or top-ups; they stack with your subscription allowance and expire a set number of days after purchase.

Marketing Operator pulls live ads from Meta's public ad library and lets you save them into themed collections. Search by brand, keyword, or country; every saved ad keeps its creative, copy, landing-page link, and engagement metrics for reference.

Each scrape pulls the brand's currently-running ads at the time of request. You can scrape the same brand again any time — credit cost is the same per scrape, and we cache recent results to keep the experience fast.

Yes — Marketing Operator runs an internal scraper that fetches the public content of any URL you supply, including competitor sites you want to import as research context for AI generation. We don't use any third-party scraping service; everything runs in-house.

Marketing Operator routes to a curated set of best-in-class models for each task — text, image, and video generation each use different specialist models. The model used per generation is shown in the UI before you confirm.

Can I generate video ads?

Yes — pick a video model in the playground, supply a prompt or reference scrape, and the generation runs in the background. Cost per video is higher than per image; the exact credit cost is shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance — credits refresh on your billing date and unused credits do NOT roll over. Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no proration). You keep access to Marketing Operator and your remaining monthly credits until that date, then your account moves to the free tier.

No — subscription fees and credit-package purchases are non-refundable, whether or not you've used them. You can cancel any time to stop future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If a charge looks wrong (a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled), that's a billing error, not a refund request — contact support and we'll fix it, no window applies. What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately; whether the price difference is prorated for the rest of the current period depends on how your seat is billed — check your invoice for the exact amount charged. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you keep the higher allowance you already paid for.
