How does billing work?

Subscriptions renew monthly. Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance — credits refresh on your billing date and unused credits do NOT roll over. One-off credit packs are a separate purchase that expires a set number of days after purchase (check your balance breakdown for the exact date); pack credits draw down only after your monthly allowance is spent.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no proration). You keep access to Marketing Operator and your remaining monthly credits until that date, then your account moves to the free tier.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No — subscription fees and credit-package purchases are non-refundable, whether or not you've used them. You can cancel any time to stop future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If a charge looks wrong (a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled), that's a billing error, not a refund request — contact support and we'll fix it, no window applies. What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately; whether the price difference is prorated for the rest of the current period depends on how your seat is billed — check your invoice for the exact amount charged. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you keep the higher allowance you already paid for.

Do credits expire?

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Pricing is shown in USD by default. We accept major credit cards via our payment partner; the checkout page lists every supported method for your region.

Do prices include tax / VAT?

Prices on the website are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing country.

Can I add team members to my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every plan supports inviting team members. Credits draw from the team-level pool so any member's generation or scrape consumes from the same allowance.
